Ram 1500 trucks use two different bolt patterns. Which one you have depends on the year and the body style, and a wheel made for one will not bolt onto the other.
Bolt pattern by year
| Truck | Years | Bolt pattern |
|---|---|---|
| Ram 1500 | 2011 to 2018 | 5x139.7 |
| Ram 1500 (new body) | 2019 to 2026 | 6x139.7 |
| Ram 1500 Classic | 2019 to 2024 | 5x139.7 |
5x139.7 is also written 5x5.5", and 6x139.7 is also written 6x5.5". The centre bore is 77.8 mm on all three.
From 2019 to 2024 both trucks were sold side by side. The Ram 1500 Classic kept the older body and the 5-bolt pattern, and the redesigned Ram 1500 moved to 6-bolt.
How to tell which one you have
Count the lug nuts on one wheel. Five means 5x139.7, six means 6x139.7.

The bolt pattern is not the whole fit
Other trucks also use a 6x139.7 bolt pattern, but the centre bore, offset and lug seat have to match your Ram as well. Tell us your year and trim and we check all of it before you pay.
