Warranty Information
Every new rim and tire we sell carries the manufacturer’s applicable warranty. Tap a topic below for the details.
What’s covered
All new rims and tires sold by R&T Sales include the manufacturer’s applicable warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship per the manufacturer’s policy. Coverage is administered directly through the manufacturer’s warranty program and varies by brand, product, and model.
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural defects in wheels
- Tire workmanship & materials warranties
- Mileage warranties on select tire models
You can also review the exact terms, duration, and claim procedures on the manufacturer’s website for each product.
How warranty claims work
If you think a wheel or tire may have a warranty issue, just reach out — our team will help guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty claim process from start to finish.
Please note: OEM factory take-off wheels and tires do not include a manufacturer warranty.
Road hazard warranty
Some manufacturers offer road hazard warranty programs on select tire models. These may provide coverage if a tire is damaged by a puncture, cut, or impact and is determined unsafe or impossible to repair — usually as a pro-rated replacement based on remaining tread depth.
Most tire brands do not include road hazard protection as part of their standard warranty, and coverage varies by manufacturer and model. If you’d like tires that include road hazard coverage, ask us and we’ll confirm which brands and models offer it.
TPMS sensors
All TPMS sensors we sell are pre-programmed for your specific vehicle based on the year, make, and model you provide at the time of order. In many cases they install and are recognized by the vehicle with no extra programming.
Some vehicles may still need a TPMS relearn procedure after installation so the system recognizes the new sensor locations.
