Refund policy

At R&T Sales, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and on the quality of the products and services we provide. If you're not satisfied with your product or service, contact us by text at 306-361-4412 or email rtsaleslimited@gmail.com and we'll try to make it right. We have a 30-day return policy.

Qualifying for a return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in original condition and original packaging.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please confirm fitment before ordering — if you're unsure, we're happy to help.
  • Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mounted or installed products do not qualify.
  • Products damaged during installation, where the damage was not caused by R&T Sales, do not qualify for a return or refund.
  • For manufacturer defects, contact us about a warranty claim.

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable. They cover the cost of ordering special products and/or the labour to prepare your order.
  • Processed orders without a deposit that have not yet shipped are subject to a 5% processing fee. This covers payment-processing and cancellation fees from the manufacturer or warehouse. An order is "processed" once it has been entered into our system and the product has been pulled from inventory toward packing and shipping; on special or custom-made orders, this point is reached when the manufacturer has received our order. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a recent order so we can stop it before it ships.
  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus a 5% restocking fee of the total amount.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable. Free-shipping orders still carry a shipping cost, which is deducted from the refund on a return.
  • All returns must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Text 306-361-4412 to confirm your return.
  • If you're unable to ship the product back using your own method, we can provide a return shipping label; that cost is deducted from your refund or credit.
