Shipping policy

At R&T Sales, we ship tires, wheels, and tire-and-wheel packages across Canada. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

Where we ship

We ship Canada-wide. If you're local to Saskatoon, you're also welcome to pick your order up in person at our shop at #6 318 105th St E — just text us at 306-361-4412 to arrange a time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going and what is being shipped. Rims, tires, and tire-and-rim packages can all ship differently, so the cost is calculated based on the order.

In many cases, shipping is low — and often free. Most tire-and-rim packages, rims on their own, and select tire brands can usually be shipped at no extra cost.

Because shipping depends on the destination, the best way to confirm is to request a quote on the product page or text us at 306-361-4412. We'll provide the shipping cost upfront before you pay anything.

Order processing & handling

In-stock orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Special-order and custom items — sizes or finishes we bring in specifically for you — ship once the manufacturer fulfills them to us; lead times vary by product, and we'll keep you posted on timing.

Transit time & tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking by text or email. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Canada after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and notify us within 48 hours by text at 306-361-4412 so we can file a carrier claim and make it right. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
