We ship tires, rims and rim and tire packages across Canada from Saskatoon. Here is how the cost, timing and tracking work.
What shipping costs
Shipping cost depends on where the order is going and what is being shipped. Rims, tires and packages can each ship differently, so the cost is worked out for your order.
Most rim and tire packages, rims on their own, and select tire brands can usually be shipped at no extra cost. The way to know for sure is to request a quote on the product page or text us your postal code. We give you the shipping cost before you pay anything.
How long it takes
- In-stock orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days within Canada after the order ships, depending on your location and the carrier.
- Special-order and custom items ship once the manufacturer fulfils them to us. Lead times vary by product, and we keep you posted.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you get tracking by text or email.
Pickup in Saskatoon
If you're local, you can pick your order up at our shop at #6 318 105th Street East. Text us to arrange a time.
If something arrives damaged
Inspect your order when it's delivered. If anything is damaged, keep all the original packaging and text us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we work with the carrier to sort it out.
