Almost every Ford F-150 from 2004 on uses the same bolt pattern, which makes wheel shopping simpler than on most trucks. There is one exception worth checking before you order.
Bolt pattern and centre bore
| Truck | Years | Bolt pattern |
|---|---|---|
| F-150 | 2004 to 2026 | 6x135 |
| F-150, Heavy-Duty Payload Package | 2010 to 2026 | 7x150 (7 lugs) |
| F-150 Lightning | 2022 to 2025 | 6x135 |
The centre bore is 87.1 mm on all three.
The 7-lug exception
F-150s built with the Heavy-Duty Payload Package have seven lug nuts per wheel, not six. Count the lug nuts on one wheel before you order. If you count seven, a regular 6x135 F-150 wheel will not fit.
Factory wheel and tire sizes
For 2010 and newer trucks:
- Factory wheel sizes: 17x7.5, 17x8.5, 18x7.5, 18x8.5, 20x8.5, 22x8.5 and 22x9
- Factory offset: +34 to +44 mm
- Common factory tire sizes: 265/70R17, 275/65R18, 275/60R20, 275/55R20 and 275/50R22
- Lug seat: conical
The bolt pattern is not the whole fit
Offset, width, tire size and any lift or levelling kit all change what clears on your truck. Tell us your year and trim and what you've done to the suspension, and we check the setup before you pay.
